Biography

My art interest goes right back to early school days.  Use of colours and the study of natural forms, combined with my love of animals quickly produced some encouraging results.

I have not received any formal training, instead, have worked hard at developing my own style.  My technique means I work from both photographs and preliminary sketches.

The inspiration to keep painting has come about because the work I have already done has been so well received.

Other artistic interests include pottery, textiles, fashion design and photography.
